Scott Dillion, founder of TGIF Lake Geneva and a licensed Wisconsin Fishing Guide, has had a house on the Lake since 1998. Scott has been fishing since childhood and has more than 24 years of experience fishing Geneva Lake.

Scott was Founder, President and CEO of one of the top Meeting and Incentive Travel Planning companies in the United States. Retiring in 2020, Scott has been devoted to fishing and guiding for many years, making it his second career with TGIF.  Scott’s travel career took him to 56 countries around the world and Scott had the privilege of fishing in many of them.  Scott has a passion for “fighting” fish and the adrenaline thrills one can get catching trophy Bass, Muskies, and Northern Pike on Geneva Lake, as well as fishing for Marlin, Trout and Muskies on vacations each year.

Geneva Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Wisconsin.  Formed by glaciers and spring fed, it is also known as the “cleanest and clearest” lake in Wisconsin.  With 5401 acres of water and depths up to 140 feet, Geneva Lake is one of the state’s premier fisheries, offering a wide variety of fish species. With 21 miles of shoreline and a mean depth of 61 feet, the unique lake structure provides ideal opportunities to catch trophy size Large and Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Muskies and Walleye.
